This gluten-free flourless chocolate cake is a crowd-pleaser for all occasions and ages. š§āš³ INGREDIENTS: FOR THE CAKE 1½ sticks (12 tablespoons) unsalted butter 6 ounces semisweet chocolate, chopped 1 teaspoon espresso powder/instant espresso (optional, for a more intense chocolate flavor) 1¼ cups granulated sugar 5 large eggs 1 teaspoon vanilla extract ½ cup Dutch-process cocoa powder, sifted (see note) FOR THE TOPPING 1½ cups heavy whipping cream, cold 3 tablespoons Confectioners' sugar Cocoa powder and/or chocolate curls, for decorating. š§āš³ INSTRUCTIONS: Preheat the oven to 350°F and set an oven rack in the middle position. Grease a 9-inch springform pan with nonstick cooking spray.
